Donation & Sponsorship Requests
We have been proud to serve the communities of the lower Hudson Valley for 35 years and our success continues through their support and patronage. As an important part of a customer's health care team, Drug World believes strongly in giving back to the community by focusing our charitable contributions to health related issues.
In light of the numerous requests we receive at each of our locations throughout the year, it is difficult for us to donate merchandise directly from our stores. Any merchandise that we donate is drawn from items specifically collected at our office for donation purposes.
Solicitation is not permitted at any of our locations by any organization unless it is part of an annual chain-wide program, such as our Community Day.
To request a donation or sponsorship, please mail to our corporate office a formal request on your organization's letterhead with the following information:
Date of Event
Name and contact information of primary contact person
Copy of your organization's charitable status
Details of your donation request and the date that the domain is needed by.
All requests must be in writing, no emails or phone calls please. Please make requests at least 4 weeks in advance of the event. Major sponsorships are budgeted the prior year and require a minimum of six months advanced planning.
